As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Ed Siurek has led organizational change and operational projects toward bottom line, sustainable and measureable results. Although formally trained in Lean Six Sigma, Ed prides himself on finding the right tools for the right situation rather than relying on a single methodology. His experience has allowed him the opportunities to understand and use any number of proven techniques to sustainably achieve organizational goals. Ed has worked in environments from start up businesses to serving in a global capacity for an operations team – each time, understanding all relevant inputs to projects and making sure the ideal solution is achieved.
Ed has participated and led numerous discussions with authorities in the US, Austria, Latvia, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Czech Republic and Germany to facilitate plant openings, inspections and product introduction. In his global role, Ed was charged with oversight and responsibilities across 4 continents and 55+ countries to assure established organizational quality and regulatory goals were consistently implemented while meeting stringent operational margin goals.
